ref is not working on the first day, late check in and very late refill in breakfast with long lines so, we ended up not having a breakfast for 2 days

Our stay was perfect. The continental breakfast was delicious. The pillows and the beds are heavenly.

早餐很单调。每天固定时间段在前台有提供热水。
我想取消预订。酒店说因为我是通过*******预订的，所以必须通过*******取消。酒店说如果*******同意取消，他们也同意。我打电话给*******，他们说如果酒店同意取消，他们也同意。*******试图联系酒店确认，但据*******客服代表说酒店那边没人接电话（难以置信）。此外，尽管*******网站上用大写字母明确写着我的酒店预订包含所有税费，酒店还是想额外收取我20美元的停车费。我个人非常厌倦这些公司把所有价格和费用“拆分”列出来，让消费者总是被“额外费用”搞得措手不及。以前酒店会给你一个包含所有费用（泳池、躺椅、WiFi、停车等）的房价，外加税费。现在订房的时候，你还得问房价是否包含WiFi、泳池、健身房、停车等。
这家酒店还有一点，它就在5号州际公路对面。不过奇怪的是，我在*******网站上看到的31张酒店照片里，竟然一张都没拍到高速公路。我只能说，高速公路的噪音非常大！
淋浴间的旋钮不好用，浴室门上的木头生锈了，看起来像是被白蚁蛀蚀过一样。房间里的暖气也坏了，早餐的鸡蛋像水一样稀，橙汁也变质发黑了。
房间里有股霉味。地毯黏糊糊的。空调滤网需要更换，空气质量严重不健康。
步行即可到达老城区，但比较吵。
它面朝马路，交通噪音很大。浴室排气扇也很响（虽然可以关掉）。
