I recently visited The Castle Premium Hotel to see my brother, who is staying there, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the place is. Even though I didn’t stay overnight myself, I could immediately see why he’s happy there. The room is a cozy studio that includes a small kitchen and a private bathroom — perfect for someone who wants comfort and convenience in one space. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, which adds a lot to the overall experience. Their hospitality really makes you feel at home. From what I’ve seen, The Castle Premium Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. Definitely worth considering!

Staff was helpful, property was clean and we had a beautiful city view! I recommend for anyone visiting Doha! The room was so big. So enjoyable.

The rooms are good very spacious and airy. But the staff is rude, maybe that is coming from management. They charge you for everything even an extra bottle of water and what not. Not a humane nature of any staff at reception or otherwise. Can be avoided.

The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable.
我最近住在多哈城堡酒店 RM202，洗手间需要全面维护。1）洗手间门后的挂钩松了，没人修。2）洗手间梳妆台的天花板上满是污渍。淋浴区的天花板也是如此。3）我通知前台打扫我的房间，他们告诉我很抱歉，没有客房服务了，所有工作人员在下午 6 点后都离开了。4）早上我打电话给接待员，让她为我们提供茶和咖啡设施，我会派人来，2 小时后没人来，我再次打电话，他们没有回应。5）羽绒被套上有小洞，侧面有大洞，毛巾很旧，需要改进服务。绝不推荐。
