We were given the wrong room. Changed rooms. Smelled chlorine all night. Soap dispenser in shower didn’t work so bathed with shampoo. Not a single bottle of water. We were due a refund which hotel could not process.

The hotel staff were very welcoming a kind. I liked that the pool area had activities provided for the children to enjoy at the pool.

The stay would have been 5 star if were not For the bed. The building and facilities are quite nice. Clean and pleasant lobby and breakfast area. Although somewhat dated, the facilities are well maintained. Again, the bed was the issue. Where linens were clean and fresh, the bed was lumpy and hard.
It's possible I would stay again.

The desk clerk was so so very nice and friendly. The room was huge and looked nice enough, but it wasn’t very clean and smelled really strongly of mold to the point I went to the store and got air freshener. I’m pretty easy to please, but that odor was too much. I’d probably stay again but ask to check my room first.
床硬得能把球弹上去。我们把沙发挪开，发现到处都是大片尿渍。一开始我们以为只是我们房间的问题，但我们的朋友也证实，他们房间里的床垫也一样。泳池是绿色的，里面全是垃圾。这家酒店以前在这么小的镇子里还算不错，但现在简直一团糟。你还是住在布法罗比较好。
总体来说，停车体验很棒。房间不错，空间宽敞，毛巾充足，电视频道也不错。问题是有什么东西咬我的腿，所以我铺了两条毛巾，想睡一会儿。我的工作很辛苦，睡眠很重要，所以这次入住体验还不错。

嗯……211房间……我通常不抱怨。我们到得很晚，很累。我们已经穿好衣服准备睡觉了，却发现空调坏了，一整晚都在出汗。早上咖啡机坏了，我们需要喝咖啡。浴缸排水很慢。两个茶几的第二个架子上都有灰尘。床后面和电视柜的地板上很脏。
我们通常住在45号公路附近的酒店，但我们决定尝试一些不同的东西，试试这个小镇。我们离开时告诉了前台的女士，她说你们为什么不打电话，我们可以给你们安排另一个房间？我说我们很累，已经晚上10点多了，我们不得不早起离开。
我的问题是，他们在为下一轮住宿准备房间时，难道没有一份检查清单吗？我知道排水缓慢的问题被忽略了，但是空调、咖啡机、灰尘呢？这些应该是标准检查项目。
凌晨5点，夜班服务员来到我的房间，她以为我已经离开了。房间里一股霉味。我到达时，服务员正在门外吸烟，我不得不等她帮我办理入住。房间还没有准备好，以后再也不会入住你们连锁酒店了。希尔顿一直都这样。
