The fan from the heating system was very loud. Very noisy. We could hear the music from a wedding reception. Staff however was very friendly

Great customer service, my temperature control wasn't working when I arrived late at night and they sent up an engineer that fixed it right away. The rest of my stay was nice, quiet at night good for sleeping.

Delicious restaurant, great costumer service. Nice clean room, the shower floor needed some tlc but not horrible or unusable plus I wese shower shoes

Excellent room with huge comfortable bed, couch, workplace, TV, water, coffee, etc. Clean bathroom with nice products. Delicious breakfast with healthy food and great service.

这家酒店的一切都是一流的，前台Anthony非常出色，尽力帮我们解决问题（有点小遗憾，我们直到下午5点多才拿到房间），但最终还是解决了问题。房间非常干净，非常宽敞。
酒店始终很安全，但房间需要更新，17 世纪的旧家具必须换掉
