The parking area was extremely safe. The hotel was very quiet, clean and one of the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed. Ryan at the feint desk was very friendly and pleasant, my check in and out process was a breeze.

This is really a 5 star hotel, I don’t give this out often but this was a 10/10 experience. Loved everything about this place.

It’s my second time staying and just as lovely as the first time the staff is very kind especially the bartenders are super nice and the rooms are very well appointed and it’s nice to be able to just walk into town and have dinner. It’s a beautiful area, I highly recommend.!!

问题：我们周六晚上入住了这家酒店，房间位于宴会厅楼上，那里正在举办婚宴。我们一直听到震耳欲聋的低音音乐，直到半夜才睡着。太糟糕了，影响太严重了，我们再也不会住这家酒店了。
入住期间我最喜欢的是客户服务，非常棒。但酒店整体不如我预期。光线太暗，而且设施老旧。泳池很小，中午我去的时候泳池已经关闭了。健身房的设备也过时了。总的来说，这家酒店设施过时了。我不明白为什么这家酒店的房价这么高。在我看来，它没什么特别之处。我不会再住那里了。
这家酒店的一切都是一流的，前台Anthony非常出色，尽力帮我们解决问题（有点小遗憾，我们直到下午5点多才拿到房间），但最终还是解决了问题。房间非常干净，非常宽敞。
总而言之，这是一次愉快的旅行，他们人很好。房间打扫得很干净。真希望他们能给我打电话，因为我落了件东西，他们说没有人报告在我的房间里发现任何东西。住宿体验很棒，员工也很棒！
