The staff is always so nice. We stay here when we visit family. Rooms have always been clean and the staff wonderful.

The used to be our place to stay when attending the Apple Festival each year but every year it’s got worse. It is not properly cleaned, it has an unpleasant smell. The breakfast area was also in disarray every morning with no staff to be found.

Hotel is old and could use a great updating. Bugs in the room. Drywall missing in places. Deodorant smells like covering up mold

Room a bit out dated. Not the cleanest. Staff was nice.
Security was lax. Seemed under staffed.
Molding in my room was falling off and furnishings were outdated. Rooms need an update and deep cleaning. Over all, served it’s purpose for a stay, but security for especially a person traveling alone, not familiar with the area needs improvement due to the location in a warehouse complex. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. They seem to be doing several different tasks at the hotel and running the front desk in between tasks. Need a designated front desk person so the staff don’t get pulled away from what they are doing to help guests.
Staff was great helpful and hard working.
Entry to hotel needs automatic doors to enter when your juggling luggage, entering and exiting would be a bit smoother.
This is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that ID was never asked for upon checking in.
Over all, the stay was fine, staff was very nice and coffee and continental breakfast was a bonus. Bed and towels fresh every day.
