Questionable all the way around
Check in was a Kiosk and could not hear them staff was not super friendly the pool was closed for a few weeks but no notice was given when reserved beds are not comfortable and hallways stunk

酒店回复: Sorry to hear about your stay. We have repaired the pool and everything is in working order. The pipes in hotels do back up sometimes but we got a plumber out that day. We fixed it as fast as possible

Our room was very average. When we reported mold in the shower grout, dirty shower curtain and one of the shampoo/conditioner containers was ripped from the wall nothing was done.

nice for the most part
Some things were really nice and others were not. almost like they are working on things a little at a time

Room had an odd body odor smell when we walked in. Otherwise, all was clean. New restaurant/bar is very nice.

Sink was leaking badly in bathroom. Had to put the ice bucket under to catch the water. Bed was not the most comfortable. A bit pricey for what we got.

Had get help with tv and phone didn't work. Ice machines were out of order, breakfast buffet was very poor. This is our 4th year at this facility and our last. This place is consistently going down hill. Very sad.

酒店回复: We have 3 ice machines only one was out of order we have ordered the part it has not arrived. We did have a power outage and a power surge that shorted out phone and internet. We have have all that back up and running. This incedent was out of our control but we fixed the problems as fast as we could

Kiosk checkout and the key drop box was not easily found. The room felt damp and unclean. Would not rebook.

Multiple security doors blocked open with rock.
Bathroom had dark substance on exhaust fan and staff didn’t care when I complained.
Heated pool was cold
Hot tub was not hot
