There was no furniture to sit on in the room except for the bed and desk chair. They said an inspector for holiday inn had it removed because it didn’t meet standards. But, they didn’t replace it because they are going to remodel the rooms in the future.

They were clearly not happy. We booked with *******. Bed was very uncomfortable, air conditioner was noisy all night long. Could not get the room dark enough to sleep. Check-in was too late in the day.
