Safe and clean at a great price point. Staff was friendly and helpful. For a budget friendly option we were very pleased. Free breakfast was ample. I would stay again.

Sticky floor no hot water
No hot water bathroom floors were sticky, visible hair and grime from previous guests on the floor and in the shower the bed was nice and the rest of the room was fine. Just the bathroom needed deeper cleaning.

The hotel is definitely dated and not high quality. But it was clean, the location was exactly what i needed and the woman at the check in counter was kind and helpful. I would stay here again

This includes repainting inside and out, new landscaping, all new furniture in common areas and in rooms. We still have floors to do. It all takes time.

We were very pleased with our overnight stop in Ionia and the Super 8. Check-in was quick with a friendly person, our room was clean and cold (which was welcomed because of the heat outside). The property was near the highway we were using for our trip, and the town had everything we could ask for. There is a large gas station next door, which was convenient as we arrived late and I needed Advil.

I am sorry you did not like our rooms. that room has been remodeled recently. all furniture and bathroom fixtures have been updated to the current super 8 requirements. We also repainted and replaced all lamp shades. The only thing we have not done yet is carpets. Thats a big job and will be done soon. Thank you.

Not for me!
This hotel in itself is not so terrible, but they want you to feel as though it’s a privilege to be their guest. They show no loyalty to regulars there.

酒店回复: I am not sure what is meant by "we do not have loyalty to regulars." You have only stayed here one night. So this is not something you would know about. Also, when you make your reservation thru a third party you get the room you reserve. We cannot change a third party reservation. You reserved a handicap room. All handicap rooms have had dogs in them. I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We do the best we can to make all of our guests comfortable during their stay. Unfortunately there are some things that are out of our control.
