It was a comfortable stay. Not too noisy and we were able to get some good rest.
It is a little run down and could use some upgrades.

I pre-checked in online, when I've done this before there was no waiting my room key was ready with waiting at all. The desk clerk was not at the desk when I got there and it took about 5 minutes for him to show up after I called on the house phone. It then took another 5 to 10 minutes before my room key was ready. Why did I even pre-check in. In the room I was supposed to get a king size bed, it turned out to be a queen.

Our room wasn't very clean. The exhaust fan was very loud. The back door didn't lock so any one can walk in the hotel.

Major Dump
Do not stay here! The pictures are deceiving. The bedding was so dirty we went and bought sheets and blankets elsewhere to sleep on. The room was small and there was no coffee or tea in the room to use with the coffee maker. There was also a very unpleasant message that appeared on the bathroom mirror as the steam covered it. This place should be closed!

Several lights not working, toilet needed cleaned, toilet seat broken, toilet ceiling vent fan screeched and air conditioner fan very loud.

For the price point it was ok. Pillows were frumpy. Breakfast area was very small.
Close to places to eat, Walmart and home stores. Easy drive to main area.

Bed sheets visibly dirty, and replaced with stained ones. Quilts were not replaced for the stay.Pillows were brown and old,thin &shapeless. Toilet paper not allowed at 5am;only until after 11am. Packaged breakfast burritos were mildewed(noticed by others also). Not really any "breakfast "; area was also by check in desk with only 2chairs and whole 4mx6m(apx) was dirty. Back room behind counter is a residence with a child running out and being disruptive at counter. Staff meal was eaten at desk. Live cockroach was found beside fridge.

When I walked in the lobby, it smelled like ****. We went to the otger end of the building and up a flight and still smelled it. The room and grounds were dirty. For $100, they could have at least removed the long hair from our shower.
