Put a note in that we needed a roll away bed, they never read the memo. Had to request that when we got there. Makes me worry that there won’t be the rollaway available when we absolutely need one at the motel.

On Saturday November 15th I checked out of the room after discovering bed bugs. I have yet to hear any information concerning a refund of the days I was not in the room.

Stay was just okay. However, shower water temp barely above luke warm and the hot water supply on the coffee machine was clogged.

The beds were comfortable but there were a few things about our room that made us realize we will not book here again. The water in the bathroom was on a trickle, making it challenging to wash hands and brush teeth. Counter space was sparse, you have to put your stuff on the bed or on the floor. And the air unit was loud enough to disrupt sleep. Chairs in our room were not clean. We didn’t think the value for dollar was there for us. Thank you.

I liked the overall atmosphere. The entrance from the lobby to the rooms, play area for kids and pets being welcomed! All staff, except one(my initial encounter) I encountered was extremely nice, courteous and helpful even with the staff shortage. Property was clean and well kept. Manager was the BEST! Upbeat friendly customer service above and beyond!!! Would def stay again!!

Stayed 3 nights never had a problem, pool area was very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly!!

Simple but Good
Not super fancy or modern, but clean and fairly quiet. Worked as a place to crash for the night on a road trip. I appreciated the 24-hour lobby for my super late check-in.
Had a little trouble with the room's air-conditioning being consistent throughout the night, but otherwise I was comfortable enough.

If I check in with 2 adults and 2 kids, with a rollaway bed, for multiple nights. I should get extra towels in the room to begin with, or offer it at check in. 3 towels didn’t go very far lol had to ask for extra. Had to ask for extra toilet paper too. But they were polite about it. Clean rooms, I liked and will stay again
