Stopped here to sleep on long road trip. Outward appearance was not great. Upon check-in I asked for a 2nd floor room. (Initially I got a 1st floor) Room was still dirty. Went back to front desk for a different room. This new room was made up. There was a half empty bottle of coke left behind. In addition there was a dead fly stuck to the bathroom light fixture, and the pillows were badly stained under the thin pillowcases. In the morning, took a shower. The shampoo & conditioner container was literally empty! I would not recommend this motel.

Bathroom sink did not drain. TV remote didn't work.
Not a good example of Best Western.

Staff were very kind and polite. The area was clean, there's gas station nearby and Walmart. They have hot breakfast offered in a separate building. Overall the room was presentable and clean. I would just say it probably need some updates in some of the because I did see spots in the ceiling a bit of rust or whatever near the shower area and my allergies were bad once I walked inside. However, overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Great staff and clean. Good breakfast. Room was extremely worn, torn flooring, rusty light fixtures, noise AC that really didn't lower the humidity of the air.
