My room was in excellent condition. No smells or cover up scents. Lights all worked and light shades were all tight. Plenty of outlets and usb ports.

I’d like to inform you that there was absolutely no hot water in the shower every morning in room 111. Only in the sink. So I was forced to take sponge baths from the sink water.
The heating/cooling unit is very outdated and cracking. The knob was hard to turn and the low setting wasn’t working.
The room also had no luggage rack, we had the front desk staff hunt one down.
I will however praise you on the comfort of the beds. I was glad to sleep comfortably at least.

酒店回复: Hi Elizabeth,I am so sorry to hear about the hot water issue.Our shower fixtures have 2 steps to turn the water hot.I am so sorry that was not relayed to you. When the fixture is turned to hot there is another step on the handle in order for it to fully turn hot or cold. Once again I am so sorry that was not relayed to you when you talked to the front desk. We hope you will give us another try in the futre. Thank you for staying with us.

A basic, older motel, but very well maintained. Continental breakfast was basic fare. Staff was polite and helpful. For a quick overnight stop, was fine. Only issue we found was lack of hot water in the morning, when it was busier. Beds were comfortable, and amenities like charging port lamps were helpful.

Drunks on the patio upon arrival, pool big enough for 10 people, room was clean, but the tub was patched from a big hole on the side. Breakfast was a pass for us.

Overpriced
Overpriced, $180 for an average hotel is just way too high.
The breakfast was sad, the rooms were clean, but old.
Overall just not a pleasant experience.

Good enough for one night
Carpet had not been vacuumed, there were nail clippings next to the bed. Hotel is a bit dated but quiet and linens seemed clean.

Was perfect except that there was not coffee makers in the room.
The gentleman at the desk (Derek) was kind and very helpful.

Breakfast Monday through Friday is just so-so. I wish more attention would be paid to checking occasionally to clean up peoples messes. I just happen to be someone who looks at an area and sees what could be improved.
Air conditioner was great! Very quiet. Appreciated that I could bring my dogs, but felt the $20 per pet fee was a little high. Location is fantastic. We could get to the. canal in 5 minutes and went up the north shore no problem from motel.
