Breakfast Monday through Friday is just so-so. I wish more attention would be paid to checking occasionally to clean up peoples messes. I just happen to be someone who looks at an area and sees what could be improved.
Air conditioner was great! Very quiet. Appreciated that I could bring my dogs, but felt the $20 per pet fee was a little high. Location is fantastic. We could get to the. canal in 5 minutes and went up the north shore no problem from motel.

Willing to give them another chance!
Friendly staff. Easy check in. Typical breakfast foods offered. Nothing exceptional and low on supplies. We ate someplace else. We upgraded our experience by getting a more expensive room with a hot tub and enjoyed it!

Tv in room didnt work, nobody cared, breakfast well thier was suppose to be breakfast but there was no coffee, no fruit, no bread. It was a joke.

Lots of good restaraunts nearby and easy off and on access to I-35.
Comfy bed and nice indoor pool.
Staff very helpful.

Stayed 3 days. Cleaning crew did not change out towels, empty trash cans, or vacuum. Also neighbors were banging on walls and could hear noises and walking on ceiling. Won't stay here again. Breakfast was horrible. Cereal, bread, and all carbs. Aiden the desk clerk was very helpful and nice. I shouldn't have to ask for my room to ve serviced. Protocol is if guest doesn't WANT to inform front desk. Ihad to beg for towels each day and toiletries. The cleaning crew needs to be fired.

We were told my room which was paid for several weeks ago was given away. We were given keys to a room already occupied. HAD TO GO BACK AGAIN FOR A ROOM

We had trouble with the air conditioning in our first room, so they moved us, which was nice. However, the second room had an odd smell to it, and the sink in the bathroom was tiny, so it was hard to get ready there.

The room was cozy, very clean. It was perfect for my daughter's ability to get around. And the shower was very accessible for her showering. She has a epilepsy, so needs extra help. Bed very comfortable and roomy. So this was the first time staying, so it was a excellent stay.
