The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. When we checked in the girl at the desk was nice and made a room change at our request but the man at the desk next morning was argumentative.
The continental breakfast was packaged oatmeal and waffles, I got the last banana and my husband got next to the last rusty dried up Apple. There was juice and coffee. It was the most meager looking Continental breakfast I’ve ever seen.
When I mentioned that the continental breakfast left quite a bit to be desired to the young man at the desk… He said well it’s just continental breakfast. I said that Continental breakfast usually offered a few more items and he mumbled under his breath, ‘no they don’t!’
I know it may sound petty but to me someone good at customer service would never argue back. If not an apology at least he could have said something like - I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy it.

Staff was not welcoming or helpful on both night and morning shifts. Owners on property were friendly. Take photo copies of IDs and keep them in an unlocked drawer. Staff said the copies were kept in a locked safe. At checkout we asked for them to shred the paper or give it back. Manager has to approve the return of the paper because in fact they don't shred the ID copies or house them in a locked location or safe. And don't dispose of them so the identity theft issue is real here! Staff was pretty rude about the whole thing from check in to check out. Also there is a smell throughout the entire hotel that was really strong of some kind of spice? Couldn't put figure out what it was.

酒店回复: Thank you for bringing your concerns to us. We do keep a copy of ID'S for the duration of the stay. However, we promptly shred them upon check out. I can assure you there is absolutely no risk of malicious activity as all hotels do this. We also handed back your ID copy at your request immediately.

Super Bad Service
I checked into my double queen room with my 3 friends, all adults. Once we were settled in I went down to get an extra set of sheets and a blanket for the air mattress we brought. One of the other guests then went down to grab another set of towels, and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to him and said she was going to charge us more because we "didn't tell her we had 4 staying in the room vs the 2 people she was anticipating." It became a big deal, but we were all at the desk when we checked in and it never crossed our mind as being an issue at all. We then said there were no additional rooms online or else we would have gotten two, and she told us there was 1 additional room available and charged us double the nightly rate to reserve the additional room.
We stayed here because of a large concert in Waco about 25 minutes away. Everything closer to Waco was sold out and this was our last option at lodging, otherwise we'd never have stayed here. It was a rough experience.

Our staff requested that payment be made for the extra guests in the same room. However, you chose to get an extra room at your discretion instead of just paying for the extra guests to stay in the same room. The rates were indeed higher than normal because of the event at all hotels everywhere. The staff also did not ask for you to pay for extra linen as you claim.

The entire hotel has an odor to it. It’s obviously an older hotel when they had smoking rooms. The moment that you walk in the door, you can smell. It smells like cigarette smoke. The entire hotel smells like this, even the rooms.

We do have guests that smoke outdoors next to the lobby and return to their rooms and maybe that is the reason why a smoke smell may have drifted in the hallways of the property. The furniture and carpet could have been cleaner. Light bulbs needed replaced on room.

Would be nice if room was cleaned daily. First day after stay...room cleaned but bed was not touched. Second day... no services at all. I called front desk and they said that rooms are cleaned every 3 days... that's not good.... i had a lot of food trash. I am disappointed with Wyndham

Not Impressed
Upon entering the building, it smells of old and of cigarette. It is in need of a good scrubbing and sanitizing. Would not say again.

Ecolab has recognized the property as an Ecolab Science Certified hotel with the highest cleaning practices. Smoke can be in the air at the hotel as we do have smoking rooms.

We arrived earlier than 3 PM, but were able to get into our room. I asked for a room on the first floor and she was able to accommodate us.

Spacious, comfortable room
My room was very spacious and comfortable. All the amenities worked well. I really liked the light switch next to the bed that turned out the entry light without having to get back up.

Wyndham Hotels...Green... don't clean rooms daily.
