The room had a terrible odor. Was not clean. Carpets needed clean. Supposed to have a free breakfast in the morning, this did not happen. My husband asked about it and the employee just ignored him. Do not recommend.

First room didn’t have fridge. Second room had security lock broken. Asked for quiet room and was put next to other guests and room below upstairs guests when hotel wasn’t full at all. Could have been given a quieter room.

There was no cart available for our luggage. The bathroom was extremely small, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The bathroom door would not stay closed , nor lock.

酒店回复: Dear Craig,After checking the system its seems that you may have us confused with another property. We have two luggage carts always available in the vestibule. The bathroom door of the room that you checked out of in fact does shut and lock. Also, our toilet tissue holder is securely mounted in the vanity not the wall. The bathroom size is hotel standard. With the vanity and sink also in the bathroom unlike some other hotels it would be more spacious than other bathrooms.Thank you, GM

这次住宿体验非常好，唯一美中不足的是房间里有霉味和水渍。
睡得不好
虽然这不全是他们的错，但这是我在酒店度过的最糟糕的一晚之一。邻居们一直喊叫到晚上 11 点（可能是一场足球比赛），隔壁房间里有 5 个醉汉。每当有球员要进球时，电视音量就会变得很大，而且球员们会大声喊叫！我去了接待处，他让我去见他们，但什么也没改变，我的丈夫去看了他们，但他们不太合作（喝酒）......
床很软，枕头很厚，早上起来肯定会背痛！而且半夜的时候楼上的邻居开始跑来跑去，天花板很亮...总之，非常糟糕的一个夜晚！！！早餐很丰盛，有华夫饼、面包、葡萄干面包、麦片、酸奶、煮鸡蛋……员工很友好。
