酒店和网上图片不符。我们住的房间非常破旧，气味浓重，而且非常潮湿。我们要求换房间，但情况只略有改善。
房间很脏，枕头上有头发，浴室排水管堵塞，马桶冲水不规律，插座只有两个能用，灯也坏了。最糟糕的是房间的气味和潮湿的空气。床单很潮湿，毛巾也湿透了。浴室的门也坏了！
就这个价格而言，简直不能接受！

入住后发现两个泳池都不适合游泳。热水浴缸坏了，制冰机也坏了。景观设计令人作呕。杂草高达两英尺，到处都是垃圾。唯一的亮点是我们的房间看起来干净得可以睡觉。非常失望。
HVAC 系统噪音太大，根本无法安睡，五英尺以上的杂草侵占了建筑物的庭院，早餐很粗糙，显然不是新鲜烹制的。
喜欢早餐。房间潮湿，有霉味。泳池和热水浴缸很脏。丈夫喜欢火车装饰。孩子们经常跑上楼。水槽堵塞了，但维修得非常及时。
