The check in was wonderful. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. The room however was less impressive. The head of the bed smelled like urine. The room smelled musty. The mattress was really bad… the whole thing needs a huge renovation. Probably the last time we stay there, and we have been customers for years.

Room was pretty outdated but clean enough. Worked fine for just a one night stay. Hotel staff was very friendly.

Very clean, also had very nice staff. Only complaint was that the bed sat in a metal box, which made a metallic buckling sound when you got on or off the bed!

Front staff were very helpful and quick upon check in and friendly. The rooms were fine for one night stay. Our beds were a little uncomfortable. Maybe need an upgrade, otherwise it was a good stay.

Yes, the bathroom on this stay was filthy. Corners looked like they hadnot been touched in eons. My gf cleaned the room to our acceptance. My Gf was also accused of smoking in the room, qhich is a absolute mistake. I have Serious heath issues related to my lungs. She would never, and never has smoked around me in a enclosed space. She knows it could end very badly with my allergic reaction to cigarette smoke and asthmatic respiratory issues. She did smoke outside near the front door left ahar in case our 3 yo woke and we could hear him. But NEVER inside the room where myself and our 3 yo boy were . I dod not appreciate the aggressive and hostile confrontation perpetrated by the staff and manager. They did that whilst I was out for errands. I can assure you that this would not have happened in the aggressive hostilea mannercted towards

The only issue here is the unprofessional Manager and his unhinged employee. I have stayed here more times than i can recall. And many other hospitality chains in the USA, but never dealt with this hostility. I will take this complaint up with Red Roof Home Office to explain that they were grossly mistaken about smoking in the room. Smoked outside with door ajar in case 3 yo woke up

酒店回复: We were responding to guest complaints. Nothing more than that. We did find the 1/2 used cigarette on the microwave stand w/ gf and our housekeeper smelled the residue. However, we did not charge you the $200 for smoking in the room that you signed at checkin.
