Monica at the front desk was incredibly helpful both with accommodating my requests and recommending local restaurants and ideas for outings. A good value as well.

I came in for one night and basically just to sleep, but the guy at the counter (forgot his name) made check in and out super easy. When I left, he asked if I had any complaints or complications so I pointed out that the shower faucet kept running even with the shower on. When he went to check how I’d left the place, he apparently looked at it and told me he would get maintenance on it right away (I’d expected my minor complaint to just get ignored).
Other than that tiny issue, I found a nut under the bedside table. Idk if housekeeping missed it or if this is some kind of trick (I’ve seen the same thing in 1 or 2 other random hotels).
Also, the pillows are like meringue: super light and almost useless, but it was fine with 2 stacked up.
I parking lot was a little crowded, but I only ever saw 1 other person. Nice little spot.

Pleasantly Surprised
Nice , clean, inexpensive, staff was friendly. Location was convenient and close to restaurants and park/lake. Quiet location too. Will consider staying here next visit as well.

Give this place a chance! We did and are glad!
We were there for the Middle TN Highland Games. The location was extremely close to the field and we were expecting just a small inn. We got there and the room was very clean! No signs of any bugs inside or out. The staff was welcoming and we found out that this inn was the location where many of the famous country music stars came to write their music and there was a video shot there as well. We will be back! This was a great find and we are glad we took the chance!

Perfect inn for a boat / jet ski trip with friends
Nicely renovated motel, very clean, & great location, at a very reasonable cost. Perfect place to stay for a jet ski / boat launch for local trips on the lake or river with friends. Launch is ~10 minutes away. The manager was very accommodating to 3 trucks and trailers and a pleasure to deal with. Within walking distance of a DG & grocery store, gas on corner, decent restaurant and pizza pub across street. Excellent seafood joint a short drive down road. Would definitely stay here again!
