It was a very nice place to stay. All the staff were great. Pay attention to my needs immediately when I need something.

This hotel smells really bad, like there's mold in the HVAC system or something. It was so bad, that when I unpacked at home, the clothes I hadn't even worn smelled like that mildewy hotel. When I complained on first arrival, they offered to move me to another room, which was slightly better, but still bad. You notice the smell when you first enter the lobby, so it's not isolated to any particular room. On the plus side, the front desk folks were very nice, particularly Sherry.

If we could give the staff (mainly Ryan, Samantha and Juila) 10 stars we would. They made our stay there perfect. We appreciated how they went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcomed.

The property was okay. The floor was dirty. The staff was not trained well with the checkin process so the wait time was long to checkin. Their internet was down which meant they had no television servicing not even streaming.

The property is located close to the majority of the good restaurants in town, some within walking distance. It also has easy access on to Hwy. 79 which is the major thoroughfare for getting around and going to other nearby towns.

The room I was in the fridge made noise and after the bar closed at 11 pm there was a lot of noise outside. Bed was comfortable bathroom was clean.

It was a good hotel to stay at for an overnight stay because my band was performing at the Oil Angels Crawfish boil at the Rusk Expo center.
一切都很好，接待员非常友好，一切都很快。唯一让我无法给五星好评的原因是，客人关门不小心，关门时发出很大的声音，砰的一声关上，你会被吵醒。我的建议是告诉客人不要这样做，这是唯一的不便之处，否则我会给他们五星好评！
一切都很好，非常干净。我感觉该房屋缺乏维护。
