Beautiful facility. Newly remodeled rooms, and all the amenities. The only problem I experienced was the time to check in. When I arrived, there 3 people waiting behind the one person checking in. I suspect there was some problem, but it took me 20 minutes to finally get to the desk to check in. Only one person working the front desk at 5:30pm.

The hotel is centrally located in Hayward. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good.

Nice and clean except our room smelled a little smoky. Not sure if someone before us smoked but it was a little strong. Love the breakfast commons area

A few problems this time!
We have always had great stays here. This time was fine, except the swimming pool area was too hot. I could barely breathe. It would have been nice to have some air conditioning running.
The door to our room was sticking, making it difficult to open. And they ran out of their wonderful cinnamon rolls this morning!!

Beautiful property. Loved the lobby. Waterfront with dock. Bike and paddle boat rentals. Great breakfast. Close to downtown. Games to play. Friendly night staff.
