After my checkout I received a text saying that my sheets and comforter had cigarette burns. I don't smoke so how was that possible. They charged me for it. The manager never call me after several requests to talk to him. It was very upsetting to get charged for something you didn't do.

Trying to be nice here, but the place was really dirty inside. The floors were dirty. The elevator had the same fries/food/sticky syrup on the floor. The entire two nights I was there, the stairwell, the room was dirty, and shower had dirt marks on it, the floor in the room was quite dirty. The bed, my daughter had to sleep in add yellowish stains on the sheets, dried liquid on the walls next to the bed, just one of the dirtiest places I have stayed before. I’m not a high-end guy, but they weren’t very many clean areas that I noticed. I will say both staff members that work there at night were very nice, and great communicators.
