The night manager (April) had a horrible attitude and was extremely unprofessional. She was very disrespectful to her guests and one of her co workers creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. A hotels management should set a positive example, and that was not the case here.

Clean, Comfortable rooms, nice view of the canal staff was very pleasant.Twenty four hour coffee and tea. Nice little breakfast with hot sandwiches.
Definitely my go to when i'm in the area from now on

Everything was great; food, food, location etc. staff knew the area well and were incredibly friendly and helpful with sending us to the ‘good spots’ for the things we wanted! Will choose this hotel again when we’re up there next!

This was our second stay here and it was as good as the first. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We really like the location too. It's walking distance to both Hancock and Houghton, river front walks and trails.

Very clean with a very comfortable bed. Did not take advantage of the pool/hot tub or the continental breakfast. Was also very quiet/peaceful.

只住了一晚。房间功能齐全，有USB电源和必要的卫浴用品。床和枕头都很糟糕——睡得根本没安稳。早餐简直糟透了——选择有限，员工坐在微波炉前加热早餐三明治放进保温盒，咖啡也难喝。总而言之，考虑到房间的价格，这次体验糟透了。
早上7点，打扫房间的设备运转声音大到我整个房间都震动了。我走到走廊里，那个女孩说“对不起，我只需要再打一次”，然后继续制造很大的噪音。下楼告诉前台小姐，因为楼下都能听到噪音，但她装傻，说她什么也没听到。非常粗鲁。当然，热水浴缸也坏了。
这家酒店破败不堪。没有餐厅或酒吧，酒店信息里也完全没有提及。千万不要住这里。房间脏乱破旧，噪音很大。他们需要彻底翻新或拆除。
