Room was clean but the hot water turned cold in the middle of my shower. The faucet was dangling from the wall.

The motel is older. My family stayed there about 12 years ago for a local family event. And, I recently stayed there for an extended family event. The place, although worn, remains clean. The room it’s self has bumps and bruises, chipped paint on the trim, wall patches in the bathroom, yet everything was functional… plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, Bed/bedding was fresh, and comfortable. I was very disappointed in the advertised breakfast, coffee, milk, OJ, and carbs that are found down the street at the local “Sheetz”.

No refrigerator in the room. Tv service was horrible or should I simply say there wasn't any service. All it did was "buffer" the entire time. What they called a breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, and frosted flakes. Could not understand the person at the front desk. Between accent and mumbling. Was bare footed and feet were black from dirt in the carpet. If it had not been so late, I would have went to another hotel. Doubt I stay at Wyndham hotels again until something is changed to compensate me for a horrible night.

Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast needed to have more variety with maybe some hot breakfast choices.

Completed online check-in, had to repeat the same process with front desk when i arrived. Upon arrival we were informed there were only 2 rooms available, even though we had booked ahead. 1 room had a broken door, the other had a broken TV. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes, even in the "non-smoking" areas. We asked for a discount given the circumstances and never received a discount or any sort of communication from the front desk. The only good thing I can say is that the room was quiet, making it easy to rest after a long day of traveling.

Everything average, but someone doing laudry VERY early on Sun, just outside the door. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was a little cereal, some breakfast bars (packaged) an coffee.

床垫特别响。然后我出去从车里拿东西的时候，看到一个没穿衣服的男人，窗帘大敞着，就那样盯着我。太吓人了。我赶紧把头扭开了。我是在往回走，快到大堂入口的时候才注意到的。实在是很难不注意到，因为那是离入口第一扇或第二扇窗户。一点都不开心。我当时应该投诉的，但还是决定算了。**！
房间不错，价格实惠。很喜欢房间外就能停车。空调温度有点难控制。早餐有点不尽如人意。汉考克小镇很可爱，适合潜水或散步。
房间铺有地毯，由于湿度增大，门很难关上，而且包含的午餐真的非常非常简单
