Don’t do it you will regret it. At check out, The Owner, Ray Patel, was rude and upon pointing that out he laughed and said “yes I am and I AM proud of it“. He would not tell me his name at the time. I had to walk in after 3 PM in the front desk employee told me everything I needed to know. Rooms were dirty. Parking lot was filthy with underwear etc. only 2 cold, hard biscuits and empty chafers were there would have been grits and gravy.It’s like they just threw a couple of spoonfuls in the chafer and this was at 5:30 in the morning. I asked for more food to be put out and was told they weren’t going to put anything else out. Upon checking out I made mention and Ray Patel was there at the desk by now. Of course the owner is going to be the one to check people out so he can keep CASH deposits. (In my humble opinion that is sketchy and smells like tax evasion to me) He was angry that I had a full-blown working service dog and was not required, by law, to put a deposit down. That young lady was so sweet and clearly more knowledgeable than he when it comes to REAL service dogs. Ray Patel literally chased me out of the hotel screaming about my dog possibly making a mess and he needed to inspect the room because I didn’t put a deposit down. My dog is highly trained By two canine divisions of the government. He had the nerve to call the local police because he saw me taking pictures and videos after I checked out. Nice try Ray …. I am related to law-enforcement in that town Dingaling. They told me I should press charges because of the way you treated a disabled person and their service dog who is trained partially by them. Next time I’ll make sure my representative is wearing a camera the entire time except when sleeping. We will be back. Oh wait I heard your business shut down. ????? If not it should be. I feel sorry for the two other desk clerks as they were extremely kind and did everything that they possibly could within their power to make me happy.

I will admit my mistake first, I never would have booked this reading the reviews. I can only say I must have messed up in booking and confused the reviews with another hotel. Driving in we were greeted with run downrooms and barriers closing the parking lot. The owner argued with booking that wasn't part of his hotel, but it still had the baymont wyndam sign, it was for sale. There was a man sleeping on the side of the building, and a guy riding around between the barriers on a small bike while drinking something from a paper bag. We found the part that was open, a parking lot strewn with trash and broken bottles. We walked in. At the reception desk was a blond woman attempting to teach a younger man to count. They had a envelope of cash and she was trying to get him to add it up. They did not acknowledge us at all. The reception area had a bad smell, the breakfast area has a sign over the door saying out of order, there was a raggedy nasty chair and stained carpet. After standing over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement I asked, "is this place open?" she said only this wing, then went right back to ignoring us. After another couple minutes I said, are their any ammenties. She didn't even look up as she said there haven't been for years. I again asked, "I see the out of order sign, is breakfast being served." she gave an annoyed sigh and told me the sink was out of order. Not once after the first time did she even bother to look up. We stood there longer, and then we walked out. We grabbed the last room at hampton inn. We contacted booking but the owner said the other broken down rooms and parking lot weren't his (why do they still have a baymont sign then?) and said his hotel was fine. I don't know about the room as we were ignored and not checked in. I think the money was the 50.00 cash deposit they demand and then do a room inspection upon checking out. Yeah right, cash? that means no proof and no credit card dispute if they don't get it back. The owner refused to refund out money, something I expected when I saw his angry rants at other poor reviews. I tried negotiating a half refund through booking but that was also refused, so he kept the 300, maybe he can clean the rug with it I know he will say this is all a lie and so on, just read his other responses. But consider this, we are an older retired couple, not wealthy by any means, and the treatment we received and the condition of what we got to see we walked away, knowing he would refuse to refund the money but still unwilling to stay there. We went to another hotel, had to cut our vacation short because 2 nights at the other hotel was also 300 so we gave up our third night. Now, how bad does something have to be for us to do that? Don't stay here, don't book here, don't drive by and get the creeps here...

We booked this property through Boking.com. We put the address in our GPS and on our arrival at the destination we were confronted with a pothole filled empty parking lot and a dark and empty building. To say we were surprised is putting it mildly. I called the number for the hotel on my confirmation and after 20 rings with no answer I called Booking. com and reported my situation. After lengthy delays we were advised we needed to do around to the back entrance of the hotel and we could check in there, which we did. No At best, this property was VERY basic. We definitely will never book it again.

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was remodeling going on, but it didn't cause any issues. The only problems we had was that there was the internet connection wasn't stable, which was frustrating because my fiance trying to work. There was a little bit of some long hair in the shower.

The room had no hotwater, no working data port, slow wifi , no channels on the tv just locals. The shower had mold. Building was half closed due to renovations. All in all will stay away next time. Stay away

The breakfast is really not a Buffet. There was no butter available, only one kind of cereal, no juice, no toast, no bagels, no oatmeal, the biscuits were hard. The Buffet consisted of eggs and hard biscuits. Not even as nice as a continental breakfast. The room was clean, but the bath towels were damp. Nightstand light,phone , and alarm clock could not be plugged in. The picture was standing on the desk not hung up.

I booked direct through the website, a 2 Queen room for 4 people. We were provided a 1 king room with a pull out couch with a stained mattress, with no other options...that was all that was available. There was no bedding in the room for the pull out and the young man at the front desk knew nothing about where to find the bedding and had to make phone calls. He also almost charged me $30 more than what my reservation and confirmation concluded. He did the best he could. The room was NOT cleaned. The King bed had been slept in (body hair under the covers and wrinkles and creases where bodies had laid), and there was still trash in the room from the previous guests. I specifically picked this hotel because it was on our route and provided a hot breakfast in the morning. The men at the front desk wasn't even sure if the hotel provided breakfast anymore. We learned in the morning there was ONLY waffles and coffee. Nothing more. We went and got breakfast elsewhere putting out more money than planned. Overall it was a very unimpressive and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

非常干净、安静、快捷的服务。一切都是新的或翻新过的。停下来睡觉是值得的。午餐必须改进,没有水果、麦片或替代品,只有鸡蛋、香肠和咖啡饼干。
