The hotel was in a good location in Hamilton, and the beds were comfortable. However, the room was rather tight for four adults, and the bathroom situation was very difficult. The vanity/sink was right inside the door to the room. The sink and surrounding area was so small that there was very little room to put any toiletries, and only one person could use it at a time. If you turned on the light to use the sink/mirror, it would wake up everyone else still sleeping. Not ideal for more than one person in a room, let alone four. The toilet and shower were in a room with a door next to the sink. Gym was very small, building was nice. Front desk staff were very helpful and nice.

It was attached to a TownPump. Huge group of kids there banging a ball against the wall on the outside of the building near our room. Kids running around, yelling, knocking on our door and then there wouldn’t be anyone there. Absolute nightmare. Don’t stay here no matter what. Drive to another town first. Doesn’t qualify as a hotel.

The clerk went out of her way to be helpful, the breakfast was good and the room was clean and quite. I would stay there again.

The staff at this property was amazing. They were friendly and helpful. The room was great, better than I expected. Breakfast was good. They had cookies in the afternoon. Much quieter than I expected. I will be back.

The room was beautifully updated and felt spacious and clean. Breakfast had a nice variety. We were very pleasantly surprised!

We come over to Hamilton every year from Spokane,WA. we always stay at the Quality in. The location is great. The hotel is always clean and well maintained.
