What I didn’t like was a $45 fee that was taken from my credit card and no explanation was given as to why it was taken out. Another issue for me was the roach that I saw in the room that I occupied. Room #304 on the 27th. Of November.

This is not the type of experience we want any of our guests to have and not the norm for us. I am unsure if you reported the pest issue to the desk but I will have that issue addressed today as we take these matters very seriously and have a thorough pest control program with a national pest control company. In regards to the $45 fee, I am unable to find this fee. I see we charged your card $10.20 and your room and tax were paid thru *******, not directly from you. If you still have this charge showing on you account from us, feel free to reach out to us so we can investigate further. Nice room. Full size fridge is nice. Breakfast started too late for us to be able to eat. They charge for parking…..butvits a shared parking lot with the shopping center and oyher hotels and restaurants. That’s pretty lame.

Stacy kept the breakfast area very clean and fully stocked. She was extremely friendly and greeted every guest each morning. After we were seated she asked if we needed anything additional. She was a wonderful host.

The A/C in the room worked excellently. The staff member who checked us in was very professional and accommodating.

Shower door kept sliding open..and the shower was slippery.
They did offer mats downstairs...Breakfast should be until 10:00 am not 9.
Will definitly stay again.LOVED the big room and kitchen addition.It was like an apartment.Loved free coffee all day and herbal teas. Great staff, Very helpful.

Room seemed clean and stocked. Onethng that stood out and concerned me was that ANYONE could come in and take elevator without key. Did not feel safe.
