Hotel was very nice, we had an unexpected need to find a hotel with our dogs and 2 kids and found CI&S. The service was very friendly, answered quickly and was clear and upfront about pet fees. The room was decently clean, I've seen better and much worse. The beds were very comfortable and the down comforters were very cozy. You can adjust your own room temp which was always nice. The breakfast was good. Everything was kept stocked. They had fresh food options and healthier drink options like flavored waters. They had a pancake machine and waffle maker which my kids really enjoyed. Individually bagged/wrapped baked goods like muffins, toast and bagels. Service was very friendly, even when I forgot my daughters pillow in our room after checking out. Overall great and will definitely stay again for our next trip.
