This is a nice well landscaped property that is in a decent area on the east side of Naples. I have stayed here several times pulling a boat to and from the Florida keys. Rooms are reasonably clean and well appointed with small items needing attention. In our particular case, the guest room door lock was a little problematic and wouldn't work with one of our keys (which opened other access doors throughout the property without a hitch). There is ample parking most of the time and the breakfast included boiled eggs and sausage among other things. I recommend it to others.

Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast was very limited, even for continental. Waffle cups missing so unable to measure correct amount. Two different cereals in one tube. Three adults provided only two bath towels, one washcloth and one hand towel. Hotel is out dated. No towels at the pool. Only one washer and dryer in laundry area with no where to sit and wait. Shower bar falling out of ceiling. Entire bathroom gets wet when taking a shower. Difficult to interact with staff due to language differences.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Plenty of parking and we felt safe. Everything else was downhill from there. The shower curtain was dirty. A wall sensor (?) began beeping at 2:40a. It sounded off every 20 min or so. It stopped making that sound around 8a. The biggest downer was the luke warm shower I had in the morning. I would go out of my way to NOT stay here again.
