Staff was super helpful and quick to help. There was a small issue with room (not a huge deal). The attendant quickly switched me to a different room without delay. Every time I left or returned thru the lobby I was greeted with a friendly smile. The breakfast room was well stocked and had lots of hot and cold options. The space was clean. As a female solo traveler safety is always a concern. I felt very safe in the whole space. I saw cameras in all the common areas and there was always one or two people either at the desk or outside the main door. The parking lot was well lit with no darker areas or overgrown bushes. I was one the 1st floor so when I looked out the window I noticed the shrubs were well maintained and small. Overall I was very happy with how safe I felt.

The hotel was close to the highway, but quiet. We went to get into the pool and discovered that the heater was not working. When we told the woman at the front desk, she was surprised and offered to upgrade us to a room with a jacuzzi and said that it would be fixed asap. We returned a week later, and the pool was fixed. The entire staff at SureStay was very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice rooms. Tried to check-in before check-in time and was told it would cost an extra $20.00 for early check-in. I didn't see anything about not having an elevator. My husband and I had a hard time getting up and down the steps. The internet went out and we had no Tv one night.
