We had an issue with our internet & cable tv. We moved rooms to accommodate that issue. The rooms smelled and were out dated. There was one lady working the entire hotel. It took awhile for her to get us into another room.

I cannot remember her name but the lady at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She is friendly, funny and I really appreciate her positive attitude, thank you for being you.

Everything about the hotel was great except the breakfast had no protein and there was only 2 bananas set out. The first two customers took them. The biscuits were cold. Me and my family was in the dining area at 06:00 . For those who showed up much later your breakfast was very limited. Otherwise all was fine.

Lobby-entry very clean, open & well-lit; room very large & in great condition; staff friendly, responsive, & professional; can park close to/in front of room so makes for easy un-loading; hallways, stairwells ,& parking lot very well-lit so felt very safe; room large & very clean; great $ value.
