I was in room 203, and I had to turn down the thermostat so the heat would not kick on, because the unit was loud and sounded like it was vibrating when the heat would kick on. The sheets were not as soft as in the past.

Reception was informative about dining options in the area and location of our room. Location is in a busy area yet easy to navigate even in the dark which neutralized my ability to determine north from south, etc.

All was good except when I called the front desk to ask for help in quieting some very noisy guests - yelling and running in the hallway - and my concern was dismissed. I was basically told, tough. "We have lots of high school students in the hotel and they need time to settle in." No apology. Just, tough. Really poor customer service.

Comfortable Stay with worn furnishings.
Our room was comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located. The furnishings were somewhat dated and well worn.

Very clean but my back is still hurting from the bed that was probably 10 years old. We stayed here 3 years ago and they haven't upgraded anything. Carpets are stained but clean. Invest some of that wealth owners

We were there for the 1/2 marathon. It would have been nice to have something for runners and families to have breakfast to go since we had to leave before 6:00am. We got back a few minutes before 10:00, but breakfast was already cleaned up.

An okay hotel
We were just passing through on our way to Denver. The hotel is in an area with a lot of food and shopping options. It was an okay hotel for one night. The hotel was outdated, but clean. It was pretty loud. We could hear people in the hallways and next door. For the money, it was fine while passing through.
