Clean comfortable beds and room. Staff were great. The pool and hot tub looked nice. The breakfast was great! Will stay again.

The bedding was clean. The carpet seemed dirty. Especially in the stairway and hallways. The toilet is too close to the bathroom door. The breakfast was just ok. Was way better two years ago!

I loved the size of my room. The bed was comfy. I loved how hot the hot tub was but not how gross the water was when the jets stopped, there was a standing scum on top. So i just went up to my room and spent the rest of my time there.

I am partially handicapped and was totally disappointed that the hotel did not have an elevator for the 2nd floor and you were sold out on the first level and I can see why, no one wants to carry luggage and other things up the stairs at the hotel, that is ridiculous. Breakfast was not very good and would not eat it and the TV had a very limited amount of channels, at least the TV in our room.

My family and I just stayed the night as it was just a quick get-a-way for us. We really enjoy the area and the hotel was lovely. It smelled so good in there and my 11 year old loves the pool! Our room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.

Clean rooms. Breakfast standard fare. Pool clean. Only downside was hot tub handle needs tightening, bit wobbly. Would recommend hotel.

这是一家非常适合家庭周末度假的酒店。泳池和热水浴缸棒极了！！！地理位置也很好，靠近湖边，周围区域也很安全。强烈推荐！
最重要的是，没有电梯！我们住在二楼，我丈夫膝盖不好，只能爬楼梯！我问前台服务员电梯在哪，他说没有。我告诉他我丈夫膝盖不好，马上要动手术了……他居然说“哦……对不起”。
然后到了房间……马桶水箱里没水。我打开水龙头往水箱里注水。大约半小时后，我再进去一看，发现地上有水，是从马桶水箱的注水口漏出来的！
以后再也不会住这家酒店了！！！！
