这是我这辈子最糟糕的入住体验。先是给我安排了一间明显没打扫的房间,然后晚上10:30/11点还带我去了另外三个房间,看看哪些打扫过了哪些没打扫过,真是糟糕的客户服务。简直糟糕透了!
架子坏了,电视遥控器也坏了,地板很黏,浴室里还留着前一位住客留下的肥皂。停车场里音乐声很大,服务员说她无能为力,尽管他们擅自闯入,而且噪音已经过了晚上10点。我会要求退款
