The room smelled musty or moldy. There were stains on the couch and carpet. Water leaked from the sink on to the carpet when in use. Air conditioning was very loud but over all it worked for the time we needed the room.

Breakfast is the worst I’ve ever experienced at any modern hotel/motel, ever. No oatmeal, eggs cold, Canadian bacon cold. Very limited food choices. Coffee was hot and excellent. When I checked in on Sunday night, television didn’t work; front desk attendant was very prudent and helpful and put me into a different room

It was very modern and up to date with all the amenities we could hope for. Loved the king size bed! Looking forward to the included breakfast in the morning. Everything is first rate so far. Wish we could stay longer.

Fair price Nice area
Nice hotel but large gap underneath the door had us hearing the elevator ding across the hallway the whole stay. Breakfast was nice but they started cleaning up at 845am (were suppose to keep serving until 9).

Check in process wasn’t friendly less than a great experience. I said hello how are you and Olivia just stared at me. Like I was a bother and a huge inconvenience. Then I said thank you after checking in and got nothing. Where I come from professionalism, hospitality, conversation and manners is must when working in customer service. We then came down to the bar area, no staff was there. We sat for a good 10 minutes before being acknowledged by Olivia when she stated that we couldn’t pay using a card. Didn’t give other options. Our floors in the room were absolutely disgusting.

The pool was cloudy and smelled like sulfur. The carpet had mutiple stains in our room. The entire floor had an unfortunate smell
