Staff was extremely nice. Allowed for a little earlier check in, which was perfect.
Room was great — all the essentials and then some. Not “luxury” by any means but very comfy, and well worth the price. Small gym on site, pool too. It includes breakfast in the AM which was mediocre to say the least.

Location was ideal to my dad's procedure, just the other side of the 202 fwy. Facility was clean and safe. Breakfast was fresh.

The rooms are very dated.. bathroom is tiny and you have to perform ballet moves to get in and out without hitting yourself by either the door or the toilet. The queen beds advertised are not queen, they are full size… we also had the dead bolt close on us by itself and had to wait till 1am will little kids for someone to come and get us back into our room.. took them about 2.5 hours just to come out. The maintenance manager pretty much told me it was an old dead bolt that needed to be replaced a long time ago and that is why it happened. Breakfast was also horrible and we ended up going out. The pictures they use for ads are those from the lobby which was the only modern/updated area in the hotel. I will be contacting my CC trying to get a refund

Cold and dark hallways.
Breakfast was good. Coffeee Luke warm, eggs cold, presentation of food not good.
Front desk was great. Room was good.

This stay had a horrible start. This is where I stay when I go to the area because I know the reputation and experiences that I have had with this hotel. So I know that this is probably an isolated case however it needs to be heard. After we registered at the counter and we’re given our keys to our room, we went upstairs and open the door to our room to find another family and all of their clothes all over the place beds messed up clearly occupied. And to have people walk into your room who were giving a key to your room is humiliating, scary, and takes your breath away. These are the type of situations where someone can get hurt. We were mortified and went down to the counter to let the lady know that we were given keys to an occupied room. Her response was, oh housekeeping, told me that they had cleaned all the rooms. I told her it wasn’t a matter of housekeeping, cleaning all the rooms, this room was still occupied with the family. She nonchalantly changed out the keys and didn’t seem to be as modified as we were. But in her defense, she didn’t experience what we had just experienced. I tried to call the general manager at the hotel a few days ago, and still hadn’t gotten a response back yet. This was an extremely dangerous l and puts the residence at this hotel in jeopardy not to mention their belongings, wallets, clothing, everything of value could be stolen. And at the highest regard is human safety.

Fresh breakfast with lots of variety.
Toilet in room was way too low for comfort.
Shower door too short causing water on floor.
Trash can at the outside door was overflowing with trash and cigarettes butts.
Only one waste basket in room.
Vanity at bath sink was way too short.
Alarm clock was set at 4:00am which was too early for anyone to get up.
No end tables in room.
Expected more for the premium price

It was. Great property! Easy to get to and very quiet to get a great nights rest! The free breakfast was pretty good too! I didn’t realizar that there was a bar! Had I known i would have enjoyed a drink in the lobby.
