Stay here at your own experience because let me tell you it's an experience. A very rude, expensive unsanitary experience. 80 dollars for just one night and more money if you want to watch the TV, not only that but if any spilled stuff or marked on bed sheets expect them to be pissed when you want cleaner sheets especially if you have children 5 and under. Floors are so dirty the kids feet were black from just walking on it. They didn't take out the trash bags but only dumped the trash in outside bens leaving the trash bags in it. Horrible, unsanitary, and expensive, experience I do not recommend. Please look elsewhere if you value your experience, money, and a sanitary environment.

Unsanitary and Dishonest My stay at America’s Best Value Inn in Giddings was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition, with visible dirt and cockroaches present — completely unacceptable for any guest. To make matters worse, I was nearly overcharged in a way that felt intentionally misleading. Between the lack of cleanliness and questionable business practices, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. oh and let me add that the front desk specifically brought up that me and my family would have a smoker free room and when i walked in it was very clearly not a anti-smoking room, even the main front desk room had cigarettes all over the tables. another thing is the pool was the size of a hot tub with unclean water.

Staff were very welcoming and everything was kept pretty neatly. Walls a little thing given it’s an older hotel and you could hear most everything going on outside but wasn't intolerable.

Reconsider
This is a terrible hotel. We went to our room which had a horrible moldy smell. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling and made everything smell worse. The floor was dirty and there were little bugs crawling all over the light fixtures. We had to cancel and stay in another hotel.

Little let down but still would stay again
The staff was kind and polite. The room we stayed in on of the bed sheets had black stains. When we first got into the room there was a strong smell of musty and wet paint. Once we turned the air on and opened the door for a little bit the smell was gone. They came and cleaned the room while we were gone but didn't change the stained sheets. Online it states that they have breakfast and there was nothing. They have a large refrigerator in the lobby but is say "staff only". Otherwise our weekend stay was nice and beds are comfortable

Good two nights sleep.
The staff was kind and polite. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was only 2 things I have to complain about. The first the door lock to the outside didn't work and it made me feel uncomfortable and not safe. I had to block the door just to feel a little better. Second it said they offer free breakfast and there was not breakfast at all. Other than that my two night stay was nice. I would stay there again.

THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CLEAN YOUR ROOM YOURSELF DURING YOUR STAY. THEY SAY IT’S MANDATORY THAT MAIDS CLEAN YOUR ROOM “MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, AND FRIDAYS” OTHERWISE THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT! IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE DOG/ANIMAL, THEY TRY TO FORCE YOU TO PUT THEM IN A KENNEL SO THAT NOSEY HOUSEKEEPING CAN GET ACCESS TO YOUR BELONGINGS, OOPS I MEAN YOUR ROOM!
