The motel is under construction and the lobby is tore apart. The internet does not work on the 3rd floor. The ice machines are broke and they do not have fridges in the rooms. The person checking me in charged me another $3.75 in “city tax” fees after I had paid online with y'all. The banging and hammering started at 9:00 a.m. every morning. The showers were a drizzle at best. The only positive thing about this stay was that the bed was comfortable!

Wish i could have stayed longer
The hotel is being renovated the room was brand new! It was economically priced but the mirror in the bt was framed by an led lamp, the bath towels were large and fluffy, the lamp had 3 brightness levels, the tv was brand new and had many channels! I forgot my I.D. and the guy is mailing it to me! I can only say good things about the place and they arent even done renovating yet.

This property is under construction. Third floor is the only floor that can be occupied due to first and second floor under construction. Junk is pilled up and down the hallways. Lawn hasnt been mowed all summer. Plastic on window flapping in the wind all night due to them painting the outside. Dont even have a front desk they have a small card table where you check in. No kitchen.

They are remodeling. That doesn’t have anything to do with no vending machines worked, or blow dryer. Sheets were completely threadbare. The shower curtain was so full of MOLD that I had to get a new one before I would get in! I would never EVER go here again.

This hotel was nothing like it promised. Laundry services down, no vending, no ice, no breakfast, no pool, smelled like chemicals. Stayed 5 days was supposed to have a refrigerator. Everyday they promised us one the next day and it never came. The manager walked around in sleep shorts a dirty T-shirt and flip flops shoes eberyday. They offered no discount for the hotel being under construction . They kicked us out 2 days early threatened to call police cause they smelled smoke from the room. Would not refund the two days we already paid for. I didn't even smoke in the room. I just don't throw my cigarette butts down outside I put them in my pocket so when we took out trash and they saw cigarette butts they assumed I smoked in the room.

General nightmare
No breakfast, no vending machines, no ice machines, under construction, no refrigerator in the room, had to ask for wash cloths twice, got sick from the hotel and I am still sick from whatever was in the air. I will never stay there again.

No housekeeping came the entire stay. The cable box was taken off the wall and placed on top of TV with the screws exposed as if someone forgot to install it back. Noisy toilet. No good TV channels…. Everything had to be paid for.

In the interest of accuracy, I would like to note that as your check in was 3/21 and check out was 3/23 the only day you would have had regular housekeeping service was 3/22. Our records for that day indicate your trash was emptied and fresh towels were provided. Thanks for noting that the DirecTV box had been tampered with. Sadly, some guests will attempt to take the equipment not realizing that it will no longer work if tampered with. I could not duplicate any unusual noises from the toilet. Sometimes changes in water pressure or transient obstructions in the line or valve can create different levels of sound. Had you notified us of the issue at the time perhaps it could have been remedied then. We do not offer any pay-per-view channels so I'm not sure what had to be paid for. Sorry none of the other TV channels were to your liking.

Website says they have all these and none of these were available. The hotel staff told us that they were under construction. That was not listed on their website. Would like a refund or partial refund.
