Needs a lot of work
The Hotel had a very Muskie smell all through the hotel. Water pressure was horrible, the orang chair in our room had holes in it.

It’s ok. Probably better than anything else in Runaway Bay, Tx. We stay there for convenience when my daughter doesn’t have extra room at her lake house but noticed that it’s starting to get run down

Rude and unclean
We were told to have a seat when we arrived because she had to print some things. No one else was in the lobby. She asked my name, never checked my ID nor took a credit card. Said sign here and gave me the keys. When we got to the room, I wanted to sit in the chair while I waited on my husband, the chair was soaked with pee!! I asked for it to be removed while we were and and it was. Made me feel like the rest of the room was unclean!!

Staff was excellent. Anything we needed they went out of their way to accommodate.
Just wish the room set ups provided mirrors and more lighting in the bedroom area.

Yes the inside door handle fell off. We called the front desk and they were there in 5 minutes to reattach the handle. Breakfast was great

Someone or something urinated in the ac unit tub paint peeling off bed was literally like sleeping on concrete same with pillows internet spotty at best

The toilet would not flush properly and no one came to fix or even look at it after we advised them.
The pool water was extremely green. There was saw dust on the floor from what looked to be from them working on the wall behind the tv.
