We turned off the AC/Heater unit and left for a few hours. When we returned, the room was really musty with a stale carpet odor.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room at a very affordable price. Breakfast was fine but you need to ask for some items like milk and yogurt which otherwise you might not know they even offered. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Staff was nice, but no access to bottled water when vending machine were all out of water. Staff knew where water was, but no one had a key to that store room. Accessible room but a desk chair permanently set for someone 6 feet tall or over so I could not get up once I sat down... had to scoot over to bed to get leverage.

Property was located off to the side not directly in town made it feel like it was in the country. Walls are thin can hear people walking in the floor above.

We showed up to the property and once we checked in and were going to put our luggage in our room we noticed a guy hanging around the side door that made us feel uncomfortable but shrugged it off put the luggage in our room and we’re going to leave only to find the same guy standing outside staring at me and my family. We were in the car and drove off but both me and my husband didn’t feel safe staying after talking to each other about the experience and we have little girls to watch out for. we made our way back to the hotel to gather our things but the guy that was there was nowhere in sight and so we got out but then noticed the side door that’s supposed to need a room key to enter just would open without one and me and my husband looked at each other and made our way to our room for our stuff. We got everything and as we were leaving we saw a bug on the door. It was a German cockroach (only found that out later after taking a picture and hurrying everyone to the car) we told the front desk that we would like a refund and we were leaving. They said their manager wasn’t in until 2 days later but at that point we just needed to get out of there. 2 days later and we found out the manager wasn’t giving us a full refund even after my husband talked on the phone to the him about the situation and was very defensive. Thank God ******* came through for us and put an end to this nightmare. Booking this hotel was a mistake I won’t make again

酒店回复: When you approached the front desk you expressed that you wanted to checkout because you did not feel safe. My front desk asked what made you feel unsafe but you said the door did not lock and you found a bug in the room. You did not say anything about the kind of bug it was. We did not know whether it was a fly, a bee, an ant, or something else. We inspected the room immediately and found no evidence of a bug. We also checked the door and found that it did lock but the bar to push it had been pushed to the open position, which we immediately corrected.You did not say that there was another guest that made you feel uncomfortable. When I spoke to your husband he told me that you left after your encounter with the guest and called ******* to see what you could do about getting a refund and leaving. He said that when you returned that is when you decided to complain that the outside door did not lock. He said that when you were in the room to pack your stuff to checkout you then "found" and took a picture of "the bug." I expressed that if you could send the picture through Wyndham's Customer Care that I could then review it. He asked if I could just take his word for it. Your husband did not want to send the picture. He said he would rather drive 20 minutes to the hotel to show the picture to me. I waited for about 40 minutes but he did not show.Once you make the claim about this type of bug we had our pest control company (Orkin) treat that room and the surrounding rooms. We are making sure the door locks and cannot be pushed to the stuck open position. The mark on the wall is being wiped off, and the place where someone kicked a hole in our wall is being repaired.
