The room was very clean along with the inside of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Needs to say Continental Breakfast instead of full breakfast. Will stay againl.

The bed had blood stains and shower was old and dirty i didn’t stay but 2 hours wish i could get a refund!

It is the only hotel out of all my travels that I did not have to smell that stinking dope that people smoke. It sinks so bad. I travel a lot in my retired life. Everyone was so helpful and kind to us

Staff were very nice and breakfast was good.
We stayed 1st floor and dead bugs were at bathroom. At least 10 dead bugs.

During my recent stay at Microtel, I encountered a significant ant infestation in my room, which made my stay uncomfortable and unsustainable. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, I was met with indifference and a lack of concern, as if my predicament was not their priority. This lack of responsiveness and failure to address the problem forced me to cut my stay short. It was disappointing to see such poor service and disregard for guest comfort, and I hope improvements are made in pest control and customer care.

The hotel was nice. It was very convenient to Subway and Cracker Barrel. The only issue I had was the bed was not comfortable for me, but that's just personal preference. We had the queen suite, which was nice with a different sitting area and a table for eating.

The hotel itself is fine. However, I stayed here one week ago today as I was passing back through I decided since I knew they took pets to go ahead and stay again. This time the front desk person told me there was a 35.00 fee.
Now if I had been charged the first time I stayed, then cool. But I wasn’t charged extra my first visit. I told the woman and she started, that’s our policy. It should be clear to your guests when booking that is an additional charge and not just when they feel like it.

Do not recommend unless you have dogs and barking.
They put us in a room next to a room with 2 barking dogs. They were barking when we first arrived and when my wife asked if they could contact guest the night supervisor was very rude and unprofessional with my wife. He said the only thing he could do was put us in a suite but there would be an up charge. He said there was nothing he could do about the barking dogs next door and reinforced to my wife that it was a pet friendly hotel. He did not apologize for the inconvenience. The carpet was old and dirty and the bathroom floor needed some cleaning. The Tv had poor picture quality and the a/c would not allow you to run fan constantly. The dogs eventually quit barking except for one time during the night. The day time manager was very nice and professional.
