Very convenient location. 1st room we checked, there was traces of bedbugs. 2nd room we checked dirty bedsheets with nuts and peanuts under the sheets. 3rd room was ok. Destiny was excellent, Ionna was wonderful. Breakfast was ok. Surroundings was a bit iffy, my nephew was in the car and approached by a woman asking to borrow his phone, and asked if he needed rooms. I stayed with my sister in law for a baby's shower. Staff were very nice.

Rude staff overall. Staff had attitude over the phone (room was already paid for) and they kept denying check in at 8pm. As I was checking out the cleaning folks just gave us attitude and rushing us out the door. (We had a family emergency that’s why we rented the hotel and we mentioned that and the cleaning ladies said it wasn’t their problem).
I kept having to go to the lobby bc the keys kept resetting.
The rooms were cleaned well… there were dead flies UNDER the soaps and towels.

The room smelled like an ashtray. For someone like me it was gross, had to leave door open just to try n air it out.. the location was good and close to a lot of stores and food

The quality is very good considering the rate is reasonable. The only issue I have is the occupant above us in the second floor were loud and noisy like they are having a party or something.

Room had a terrible smell but we did not complain because it was very late when we returned to our room and neither us had the energy to care so that’s on us. Hopefully housekeeping noticed and handled it.

Pro: Room was clean and comfortable. Value was price.
Smoking room available and it did not smell like a smoking room.
All rooms open to outside so could be a safety concern but area is quiet and I carry a security bar to put under handle. And other safety tools.
Con: NO ELEVATOR!! Need to be sure you can walk up stairs and carry your luggage upstairs. Was difficult!! Especially because it was raining. Front desk attendant said there were no first rooms available -- find that hard to believe based on cars in parking lot! Almost completely empty and we had reservations.
Toss-up: Free breakfast? Coffee and biscuits okay.
