The manager was terrible I had to argue to get a refund when my terms stated I was entitled to one after the 24 if I wanted to cancel no show or charge it would be a one night charge he refused to homer the policy he was no even on sight it took over 1 hour finally he honored it while going through my problems I witnessed a guest ask for a room change do to noise he refused and upon her threatening to call corporate he told her to leave and find another hotel hotels like this should not be on your app spoke with expida and was told that it would be sent up to review to get one key cash for my troubles besides my refund and heated nothing

Our first room smelled like pee. That’s bc it was stained on the bed with a smaller sized mattress pad trying to cover it. Got a new room, it smelled like feet.

Only have 2 suggestions:
1) Make the room darkening curtains spread across the entire window opening. Impossible to have a dark room currently.
2) Make the night light on the hair dryer have the ability to turn off.
Between the nightlight and light coming in the window, it was difficult to sleep with all that light in the room.
Otherwise, you would have gotten 5 Stars for all categories.

The room was not inviting. There was a street light shining into the window. The air conditioning was not working properly. The breakfast was not what was expected. I requested a tub which I didn't get. No shower gel and no sugar for the coffee in the room.

The front desk Clerk Laurie was very professional and courteous She was checking customers in by herself and it was very busy. She was so patient and answered all of our questions & concerns. She was extremely nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond. Just when I thought I could no longer find good customer service, Laurie changed my mind.

Disgusting. Stay away.
Disgusting. My bags are ruined because of the smell. It smells like the rug of a house that has been smoked in for 20 years. The staff was nice. I stayed in two different rooms and they both were like that. Stay away. I smelled **** and cigarettes being smoked on both floors I stayed on.

Great stay overall.
Everything was wonderful until thr toilet almost overflowed. The day person placed the plunger outside her door. We picked it up after breakfast. She ran out of potatoes and took a long time to put more out.
Lori checked us in and she was very friendly and talkative. I loved it. A little short on popcorn, not enough for two bags. The lemon water was delicious.
Overall. I love a king sized bed. They're not available in the neighboring hotels. Lori gave me my rewards points. I did appreciate that.

Peaceful night.
This was a quiet night before returning home from a concert. The lady at the desk was very nice. The lemon water was great. The popcorn was fresh. It was late but she was very pleasant. The room was good, clean and quiet. We rested very well. The area had e everything needed
