Good value stopover
Very good for the money, dated but clean, I would stay again. Breakfast was a weak point but I didn’t mind at the low price.

Dirty
Room was dirty. Staff was unavailable when I tried to check in had a very bad day and very disappointed that my room was nonrefundable. I had no choice but to stay at that hotel and could not switch it to a different hotel.

Staff is amazing, we’ve felt so welcomed!
We’ve been staying at the Super 8 in Bourbonnais for over 2 months now and we absolutely love the staff - Suresh, Jaime, Mary Jane, Michelle, and Nancy are all great people and make great coffee! We’ve very much enjoyed talking to them and getting to know them. I don’t recall ever having an issue with any of the rooms we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many of them! :) We’ve very much enjoyed our stay at the Super 8 and it’s been a great place to have called home over these last 2 months. We appreciate everything that’s been done for us, and we will continue staying here for as long as we’re needing to.

Stinky and humid
The hotel smelled awful. The room was wet with humidity. Set the air to 64 and by morning it was barely less.
Front desk woman was very nice.

In the future, if there are any issues with your room please let the front desk know and they can try and move you to another room.We will however take a maintence look at the unit to make sure there is not anything wrong with it.
