The room was clean. They had fresh fruit at breakfast which i appreciated. No broken equipment or furniture, sheets were clean, no sign f ants or other bugs (and I checked) bed was comfortable. Amazingly quiet despite being nearly full.
Yes, this is an older property and could use a facelift but it met my needs perfectly. I can’t see the older furniture or art or rugs when I am sleeping which is the only real reason I would ever stay at any hotel.

The staff member was amazing, I made a booking error and the young lady at the front desk helped me out right away.
I would rate 4/5 stars because the hotel needs updates the rooms looked old the restrooms as well was not the cleanest. When we entered the room the door that leads to the outside was open not closed properly.

Inexpensive, safe area but thin walls and ceiling. Can hear people above and next door especially when they woke up at 4:30 am

When I checked in there were still food wrappers on the floor there was no soap whatsoever in the bathroom and I could never get my iPad to connect to the internet

Ok for price
A good hotel just off of I-70, but several miles from downtown Booneville. The rooms are fine. The bathroom shows wear. The breakfast was OK.

Everything was good but the lady that was doing breakfast was giving us the stare down because we showed up for breakfast at 9:15 , we didn’t deserve that we paid for our room and we had till 9:30 to get breakfast

Very small property with multiple broken or damaged things inside and outside the hotel room. Our first room the air conditioner was not on when we arrived and when turns on, smelled like an old furnace that hadn't been turned on in years, the lights were burnt out in several fixtures, the door lock was not secured and wobbly, and the curtains were not fully attached. When asked to change rooms the staff member didn't apologize for the state of the room, just told us to get our bags out ASAP and switched the room. Our new room didn't look anything like the previous room, older, however the air worked without smell so that as a bonus! VERY small bathroom and not much room to walk around all of the large furniture in the room. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. When checking out the pool , it's a glorified large bathtub when looking at the size , the water was very cold and the room was very warm and muggy! The hot tub water was so hot it could have burned you and the jets didn't work. The breakfast was okay, just a very small area to get your food and not much seating, unless you prefer barstool style tables. Overall not a great experience and we will never return to this hotel.

这栋房子看起来比较老旧，维护得很好，但地毯、装饰、门窗都显得有些老旧。房间颜色很暗，但看起来很干净。
床很舒服。通风系统并不嘈杂，因为它似乎保持恒定的噪音水平，而不是大声循环。
