Arrived at our destination 2 days early and had to book 2 nights before our AirBnB was ready. The online pictures of the buildings outside look impressive, the reality was disappointing. Check-in was smooth, clerks friendly and helpful, rooms clean, amenities such as shampoo/soap plentiful. Very basic breakfast: waffles, cereals, breads, juice/coffee/milk. No breakfast meats. I requested a ground level room because of disabilities and was abundantly surprised by the handicap bathroom ... it was huge! Had 5 or 6 grab bars and a wonderful shower chair. Such a wonderful surprise. Our only real issue was the key pad on the outside of the building at the end of our hallway was busted and anyone could get in. That felt very unsafe and concerning.

The room had new carpet and new bedspreads. The room was no smoking but had a lingering smoke smell. The bathroom is in need of remodel, mold in the cracks. The shower was good and hot. The breakfast had a lot to be desired, was so looking forward to waffle but the mix was so thick would hardly come out. The staff got a cup partly filled and I added half and half to make it pourable. Coffee pot was not working properly. Had to ask for milk pitcher to be refilled. One of the reasons for staying at Super 8 was for the breakfast..overall it was ok but probably will not stay here again.

After spending hours on the interstate, needing to use the restroom was informed no public restroom. I said we are not public, we are paying guests. To which she barked that is public. I didn’t argue. There is a huge difference between public and paying guests.

We appreciated the staff helping us move from a pet friendly room to a regular room. Breakfast was very carb heavy and unable to meet our dietary needs.

Few Options, You Get What You Pay For
I hate to trash this place as the customer service was excellent. But it's rough. It looks like they try to keep it up but it's old and it looks it. That said, it's a small town and no other options. The price was good.

We had a mixup with our room, the TV was not working, and the door to our room was very unsturdy. Like the frame must have broken at some point and it was never properly fixed. It was just a single night, and I wasn’t alone thankfully. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review of your recent stay with us. I am sorry there was a mix up when you were here. I did go check the door on the room you stayed in and it seems secure. I do apologize you had problems with the tv's.

Misery in missouri
The key didn't work, went back to the desk, the key didn't work again, so they changed our room number, went back up to the new room, finally got in. Unpacked the car, napped, the sheets were soft but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower was broken, only the tap worked. The drain was stopped up. It was so frustrating that we didn't stay, it was well before midnight and we left.

Courtney, the hotel concierge was terrific. No elevator which made getting our bags to the second floor. NO HOT WATER. Instead of letting people know, we all found out the hard way, cold and wet at 7 am, waiting and waiting for the water to turn hot. Need more cleaning in the rooms, specifically around the furniture and the threshold of the door. The waffles were good in the morning. The staff was friendly and that meant a lot. Made be feel bad that such good staff had to bear the brundt of no hot water.

We rented a "suite" for three nights. On the plus side it was very roomy. But, it looked like it was put together by a couple of kids fresh out of high school setting up their first place away from home. The furnishings were sparse; the couch looked like they had picked up a throw-away from down the street; the living room tv was sitting on an old table, and did not work without assistance from the staff; the attempt at new tile and trim was obviously an amateur project. It was all humorous and entertaining to look at. But the place was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful. One young lady actually leaped up and yanked a plastic shopping bag off of the smoke detector. (Possibly left behind by a previous renter that smoked, but the room had no smoke smell). Would we stay there again? Absolutely! We are curious to see how this ongoing project of a room turns out. We will be back. Thanks.
