The employees were nice and friendly. Breakfast was poor with only two types of cereal, bagels or toast available. Coffee was low or empty most mornings. The carpeting throughout the hotel was filthy and stained and the carpeting in our room was torn and shredded. At least the linins were clean.

The carpet was really dirty and you can just tell the room needs maintenance also I call the front desk because we need it a crib they never answer the phone until I when downstairs and the guy had me bring the crib up to my room we are paying is not a free stay .

Potential guests should be told that the hotel also is a "section 8" residence. The interior is not maintained or cleaned regularly. Never again will we stay at ANY La Quinta

We booked a room with a sofabed but when we checked in it was missing. The front desk staff was very accomodating and brought us a sofabed from another room. The sofabed was very broken. The biggest issue was the wifi, it was unuseable. Once logged into the wifi we were unable to access the internet from any devices. We were located on the first floor very near to the lobby, so I imagine we were close to the router. We could not access any streaming services via the tv or any devices, i could not even access google from my laptop.

The bed was horrible. The shower was either cold or scalding hot and the rooms carpet was almost gone. Breakfast was not like it used to be no eggs or waffle machine! Gone.
