The room. The bed wasn't attached therefore it rolled easily and the bottom of it was medal so it made noise. The bathroom door was coming apart. Everytime you close it the bottom gets stuck. The bathroom fan don't work. The water from the shower sprays all over the place

Room could use a deep cleaning .
Next door neighbor screamed and argued until 3am , I went to the front desk to complain bc we couldn’t sleep and they did nothing .
The even refused to change our room .

Sadly I needed to cancel but I was still charged after calling early morning before check in to make them aware but they were happy to still charge my card, very disheartening. I'd like to be credited for the money to at least book sometime in the near future

Staff excellent, friendly. Property feels worn down, very surprised how squeaky the platform of the bed was and how hard the mattress was. Outside hallways just feel rundown.

I think rooms needs a little renovations. I found a roach and left hours of checking in. The refrigerator in the room was old and broken. The bathroom door the lock was lose and broken.
