All $100 holds are just a hold upon check in which is a standard in hotels. It is released upon checkout, and it can take a couple days depending on your bank, but it is not for the hotel to keep. Room was just okay. Tub caulking was not good. The haphazard repairs in the room were not good! The mattress was less than desired, brick hard!

Suzie the lady doing breakfast was a delight. Front desk staff was laying in her arms when we walked in not professional. Also I think the bed could use natural fabric's instead of the polyester.

Room was in need of maintenance and upgrades, especially the shower. Parking was fine and it was conveniently located. The laundry was coin operated so I skipped it. Wi-fi was my biggest gripe. I had to re-login every time I I went online.

First room was very smelly, like perfume. Tried airing it out but didn’t go away. Thought I’d get used to it but had to sleep with an N95 mask just to get any rest because it bothered me so much. Woke up with a sore throat and swollen itchy eyes. They got me another room, which smelled more normal. The hallways and common areas had a different strong, weird smell. Linens were clean. New paint on walls. A/C unit very loud and lots of road noise. If you’re used to 1-2 star hotels, you might be ok with it, but I don’t feel ~$150/night is worth it for this hotel. Wouldn’t pay half that.

Very, very thin walls and floors. The room above us had a small child who liked to run and woke us up at 6:30am doing laps around the room.
Just be prepared to hear all your neighbors business.
Staff was friendly room as just average.
