Currently the hotel is going through a renovation. The new rooms are very clean and neat. They’re still working on some of the open common areas, but I think overall the hotel is going to be very nice when it’s finished.

Didn’t check in till 10p and it was an easy checking in. Even mentioned water temp was really cold and they checked water heater
Immediately and it had somehow kicked off but rest it. On google maps area doesn’t look good but not bad and we left all our gear l, including hidden laptop, and all there next day. They are currently renovating so minor issues but overall stay was great.

Very clean, great stay!
Our room was very clean and was newly remodeled. We had to be somewhere very early the next morning, so we did not eat breakfast in the breakfast room, but we grabbed coffee (which was great), and the breakfast room was also newly remodeled and clean. We were on the first floor by the lobby and thought that might be noisy, but our stay was very quiet.
We will definitely stay here again while visiting family in the area.

Didn't feel very welcome
Hotel looked new, clean, room looked great. Took a long walk that Even ng as a trail is right out front. Bed very comfortable. Wake up Saturday morning and turn TV in to relax TV won't turn on. I go down to let them know it doesn't around 7:44AM. She tells me maintenance will be in at 8:00 and she'll let them know. I told her I want to relax. I get breakfast, go up to room, eat and by 8:30 realize I'm not going to relax, pack up and check out. I asked what she'll do to make it right. She took $20 off. While I appreciated that, losing an hour or two to relax, watch TV was a treat I would have really appreciated. I only leave a $3.00 tip. Really disappointed.

After speaking with the staff about the TV not being fixed, we discovered a break down in communication. Maintenance did not come in that day and housekeeping staff that is familiar with the TV did not come in until 9 am. When housekeeping went to your room to fix the TV issue, you were already checked out. The front desk associate only works one day a week at the hotel and isn't familiar with the TV's. As you stated, she did give you a discount as she tried to make things correct for you. We stayed at this hotel during our softball tournament. We knew going in at the pool did not work as the hotel is under renovations. The rooms themselves are fine. However, all of the other accommodations are where the problems come in. The ice machines are broken and were never fixed. So you get asked the staff for ice and you are getting a very tiny back of ice.

We are waiting for the new one to be delivered. In the meantime, we are keeping bags of ice for our guests that may require ice during their stay. The bags that we are using are the same bags that can be found in your ice bucket. We do apologize that this was a disruption during your stay.We do hope for another opportunity to host you in the future as I can assure you, this is not the norm for our hotel.
