We got a suite with double beds and it was very spacious. Had a very comfortable stay here. Nice location.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Free buffet breakfast was provided. The hotel is just under a mile from downtown, but it can be a difficult walk as there is no sidewalk at parts and you will need to cross a busy road. The hotel is also pet-friendly. I would definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.

The bed had food in it and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was booked through a third party the bed also had bio freeze in it

Hotel was in a convenient location! It was clean and the whole staff was friendly and amazing! Would definitely stay there again if and when we head back to Blue Ridge!

Overall, everything was very good. However, the toilet stopped working. I discovered the chain that pulls open the flapper in the tank was disconnected. I could not reconnected it, so I used a piece of dental floss, tied it to the chain, left the lid off, and pulled on the Dental floss to flush the toilet. Looking back on it, it seems kind of funny. It wasn’t funny at the time.

Was not walking distance to downtown. Had to drive. For $400 a night they could at least update the place. The elevator was disgusting. Noisy rooms, can hear next door tv

The hotel room looks old and kind of run down. The TV didn’t have a clear picture. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.
