On Friday, our room attendant could use some customer service training. Our toilet clogged so I requested to unclog it and the room attendant told me to do it. I said, No you do it. 😁

Room was not spotless.I always wipe stuff in the hotels before i touch it r use it.Dusty n shower was making this whistle kinf of noise when you turn water on and water drain down the tub wayyy too slow.i have to say staff was excellent.

I overnighted here to go birdwatching at Consumes Preserve early the next morning. At 5:30 a.m., there were many breakfast choices set out including breakfast burritos, yogurts and fruit. Julie (I believe that was her name) was very efficient and pleasant. Room was clean and bead was comfy.

Amenities. Hot tub and pool is out of service, and this is why we chose to check in here is the hot tub and the receptionist says its out of order. Hotel is not maintained properly, toilet bowl is dirtyand the shower is very low.

Our room was dirty on arrival. Dirty stained pillow case and two dirty wash cloths in the bathroom. Staff were amazing, breakfast was good. Could be cleaner.

Free breakfast was amazing. Make your own waffles, lots of bagel/pastry type options, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, some fruit, eggs, gravy (which was actually GOOD) have not seen this in a hotel in quite some time and was very impressed. Hotel was clean and quiet, tucked away in a bit of an odd place but safe and clean outdoors as well. I had only brief interaction with any staff but they were pleasant and helpful people. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area

The property location is in an office beat area behind a shopping center but the staff are wonderful and good breakfast that was early enough for us to start our day

Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, yogurt, waffles, milk everything was there. The breakfast place was big enough. We love the stay here. Rooms were clean.

The room was nice and quiet! The bed was too hard for me to sleep in and made my back hurt. I ended sleeping in the chair. My husband did not find the mattress too hard and slept well.
