Lady at the front desk was very courteous our refrigerator was not working in our room and she transferred us to a new room. The price was right but the rooms are very outdated and need updating the bathtubs were siliconed over to make them look like they were all white still. The first night the back door would not lock properly to enter the hotel with the key card but I see the next day they had fixed it.

The room honestly was not up to our expectations. The walls are paper thin so we could hear the tv’s of both people on either side of our room, which made it extremely hard to sleep. The shower paint was peeling off, just shreds of it all over the floor. Hot tub had pieces of dust floating all around it, and it wasn’t even hot, just a lukewarm bath. When we were leaving, I was walking our room keys to the front desk to check out and both of the cleaning ladies were both swearing about somebody complaining and how they are poor. Honestly, I was really glad we were only there for 1 night and left in the morning. I don’t recommend this hotel if you want to have a peaceful night of sleep.

Girl at the front desk was rather rude (11/19 7pm). The only thing we liked about the room was the beds. The beds were comfortable. The microwave turned on but didnt work very well. The bathroom the paint/coating on the tub was peeling off pretty bad. The shower did not have a shower curtain. So the water shot all over the floor. Our room was also close to the laundry room. You constantly hear people opening and closing the door for hours.

The staff we encountered were all friendly. Our room was clean, spacious and our beds were comfortable. Cosmetically our room needed a bit of work (the bathtub was chipping real bad) and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not fabulous.

Rooms aren’t super clean (loose hair everywhere and dirt buildup), the beds are really soft if you prefer a harder mattress, the hot tub can only fit about 5 people comfortably, there is no elevator for the 2nd floor, and you’ll want to bring your own toilet paper. Breakfast is a waffle maker, toast, muffins or cereal. The rooms are super spacious, the kitchenette is big for a hotel room, the front desk ladies were very nice and helpful when we got double charged for the room! Would give it a 6/10.

The staff was friendly. However there were roaches in our room. I have pictures. And the pillows were awful. They were all knotted up and twisted and hard as a rock! Maybe invest in new pillows and a exterminator! I definitely will not be returning.
